Hi Rob
I had nerve glides with a P.T. You can not do them yourself. A P.T. or partner holds your leg at the correct angle and grasp your foot and toes, and begins to move your foot and ankle to release your nerve sleeve.It did not help me. Hope it helps you Take Care Gil
