Blood results....spine related?

Blood results....spine related?

After so much test, MRI and so on,i have some blood test.
Anti streptolisin value: 380...normal value : less than 196.
Anti- dsDNA: 1:20...normal value : less than 1:10.
So this they claimed POSITIVE.
Anyone for help?
