Hi, I will go out on a limb and guess that the injections inflammed the area and brought down your pain level. This also happens for a short while in people who have had Prolotherapy injections. In Prolo's case, it's a temporary effect that lasts for a week or two and is not to be confused with the true Prolo effect which takes a few weeks to happen.
