Hi, I recommend Dr Bowen at NJ Sports Medicine if you are open to non-surgical treatments. Dr Bowen also uses non-traditional treatments like Prolotherapy and Ozone to name a few.

Currently they are in Summit NJ but are very soon moving to Cedar Knolls, just north of Morristown NJ
