I can't make heads or tails out of am MRI, but i feel your pain. I've had a bunch of spine surgeries and some times for things that did not appear too bad to some. But they sure hurt. I had a hip replacement which the previous MRI showed no problems. When my doc did an arthroscopic hip surgery he said both weight bearing surfaces were gone and my hip wouldn't last another 6 months. My advice is to keep pursuing this until you get to that pain generator. With my mid back pain, i had to have a discography procedure to prove the discs were bad and causing the pain. judy
