nebraska doctor

i live in Lincoln ne and looking for a great dr in nebraska. im so desperate. why does it seem treating back pain is trial and error? i think im going to try to push for some sort of surgery because PT, Chiro, meds, injections, blocks ARE NOT HELPING. IF you have had a good experience in NE please let me know
