I am a little bit late to this post but will share my experience with lumber ADR and Dr. Zeegers soon. I had my surgery in 2007. I am still walking on that ADR Fusion hybrid. I do have problems but likely not related directly to the Active-L.
Dr. Zeegers is an excellent doc. A fusion is a fusion and this fusion was the best thing that happened to my spine. ADRs, I have mixed feelings.
