Default Ins. Appeal / testimonies

Hi all, I have really put a lot of time and effort into building my appeal with BCBS. I have received some great advice from a appeals advocate who works with my wife. One of the things she told me would be helpful would be several testimonies from former patients of Dr. Zeegers. Whether they be Activ-L or Charite. Dr Zeegers sent out emails to a bunch of his patients who have had long term good outcomes and many said they would, but only 2 have actually done it so far.

For any of you who have had surgery with Dr Zeegers and are 5 or more years post-op if you are interested in helping me with your personal testimonies, I would appreciate it. You can PM me and I will give you the pertinent details needed. I will be sending my appeal out by the end of next week

Thank you,
Henry

Henry,

Sorry to be off topic but just in case your appeals expert did not advise you of this cc a copy of your appeal for the insurance commissioner in your state. I was told to do this.

I would contribute to your appeal but I don't consider my surgery with dr. Zeegers was not successful. It relieved me of disc pain and pain from nerve compression but my facets have been screaming for 11 years.

Default I hope this happens more often

Was reading this article today...I hope this happens more often!
The insurance companies just don't want to pay for an ADR when they should be.

Judge orders Insurer to pay for ADR:
