Default New symptoms, should I worry?

In the last couple of days I have been frequently getting a transitory (4 or 5 seconds) gentle tingle in my lower legs frequently, mostly, it seems, when sitting. Also a twitching somewhere in my groin that comes and goes.

I also have a really achy burning back neck that gets worse as the day progresses. My trap muscles are a pile of knots.

My known issues include DDD at L4/5/S1 (which hasn't caused any real problems in years), and DDD, osteophytes/cord compression without myelopathy at c3/4/5 and severe facet arthrosis at c7/t1.

Questions:
-is the leg tingling/groin twitching possibly a lumbar issue or cervical?
-does the neck pain sound like it has a cervical origin or is it more likely to be muscular?

As I have not had any pain/symptoms since my diagnosis 3+ years ago, this is all new and worrisome. I am not sure whether I need to get moving on things or just hang in there.

Mark, FYI I will be sending new MRI and communicating with you professionally very soon.
