Alastair... great news! I'm right behind you... turning 5 years on Sept 20... and still doing 100 times better than I ever thought possible. (Although not 100%... I believe that I got about 90-95% recovery.)
I still can't shoot (like you), play the piano, dance or sing very well since my surgery... Dang ADR can't put talent where none ever existed! Keep it up... wishing you many pain-free years to come! All the best, Mark
