Giving up future options may depend upon how much bone they remove and other pathology that may already be marginal contraindications. I know people who've had to be fused after they discovered that their MISS was not really so minimal (and didn't work). However, if you are going to a surgeon who looks to the future and understands ADR... I would hope that this would not be an issue. Are you dealing with someone who also does ADR? Mark
