How are you feeling? I hope as OK as can be. Did you see this? I wish Chuck would retire.

Also, why *must* Randy Couture fight? He too should retire. I think it's garbage b/w him, UFC, and Dana White who seems to me to be one a-hole (hey, he likes to swear).

I like Silva and hope he continues to do well; an exciting competitor.

You take care Marty and you may not do MMA but w/be able to keep in some condition.
