Well, I reccommend you read my story under the "discs tilted all over the place" heading. Its up t o date current. Om having some bad evenings and some not so bad days and evenings. I was doing great for about 2 weeks then I guess my subsided disc started hurting. I may very well end up with a fusion at that level.

I'm thinking of having the exact same procedure as you had. How are your results so far? My surgeons here are recommending fusion, but I'd rather get the discs.
