DDD with bulging C3/4-C6/7. Stenosis moderate from large bone sour C3/4.
Forminotomy 02-09 Surgeon left stenosis causing shell of bone spur @ C3/4.
Been to 3 local and 3 distinguished Los Angeles Neuro surgeons.
Had single level Prestige C3/4 ADR planned but cancelled due to my lack of commitment after getting a Stenum 3 level ADR and C6/7 Hybrid fusion plan.
