i have my lower back pain for almost 10 years....
i have my lower back pain for almost 10 years. finaly this year i was diagnosed with right diagnose. Degenerative disc desease with annular tear in l4 l5 disc. so in my case,tear didnt heal at all....

Same here!
I also see dark t6 t7 with small protrusion. but no one belives...

i tryed allready,before 2 years. name was zoloft(sertaline)...but i didnt find this medicine helpfull at all. so i will try to get a stronger ones or something different...tnx for your support :)...

MRI shows only litlle left-central herniation....
MRI shows only litlle left-central herniation. thats all. but i will upload photo so people can see it and say opinion. as i been heard form some dr. that even small herniations causes so big pain....

when you mention joints...i was on procedure...
when you mention joints...i was on procedure called, facet block injections in t6 t7 t8 area...but didnt helped at all. but for costovertebral i didnt hear...at least here in our country ...
