WOW, Mark. You do look unbelievable for only 40 hours out. Amazing. You take good care of yourself and listen to your sweet, wonderful wife. We're pulling for you all the way. The downloaded x-rays are remarkable.

Hi Mark
So nice to see you on your feet but I don't care what anyone says you sure don't look like your happy spunky self. I can see the pain in your eyes so take it easy and listen to your own advice time will heal you and get you through this so you can at least try to kick my butt on the hill again. Your are in my prayers for a speedy full recovery.
