Hurt back throwing daughter up in the air standing in pool July 2003
Diagnosis: Bulged disc/ annulus tears at L5S1 w/ posterior leak
Tried everything- massage, PT, exercise, chiro, 8 injections, accupuncture, drugs, at home TENS unit
Microdisectomy May 2004- helped a little but not enough- made it worse overall
L5S1 Charite December 2004 w/ Dr. Regan- going through the ups and down of the healing process  
Still have lors of SI pain, hip and low back soreness and some leg pain - but very optimistic about future![/quote]
