Get your own personal TENS unit. Your insurance should pay.

Also in my neighborhood we have a Dicks Sporting Goods and they have an inversion machine. I would go try it occasionally (for free of course) but it didnt help me. It was difficult getting up off of it.

If you are in NY you have access to some of the best doctors in the world.

NY NOT New Jersey. Im in NJ but I wouldn't go to a NJ surgeon.

Also try some deep tissue massage.

Exhaust all options before you let them cut into you.
