Yes, I agree, you body and your mind need the rest. You've been through so much both physically and emotionally. You're recovering from the physical surgery but the emotional stuff is still giving and I suspect, might even get worse. Though a lot of sleeping can also be a means of escaping and is part, probably is just that, as you overdo, you can't take too much more and you must recoup.

When all your surgeries are behind you and your divorce is ancient history, I suspect you'll feel much better and will resume much of your previous activity level. Give yourself a break and allow yourself to go through what you must. Acting like nothing is happening may work against you.
