Cool

here's another thing i would have never dreamed of doing is tearing up 600 sq ft of wall to wall carpet.
and then installing hardwood pergo flooring. only problem i had the first week end was my legs felt like the first time i when snow skiing. but it passed in two days.
dr. bertagnoli paper work states after 12 weeks after adr manual labor is ok. and as far as the last mold i built and it weighting so much is i didn't have much choice as it was the only job in the building.
chuck
i believe one must listen to your body after surgery.and i didn't start doing this kind of stuff until i was 14 months out.
and the stronger you get those core muscles the better. and the way you lift is VERY IMPORTANT.
my surgery was aug 1st 2006. born again!!
