You still out there?
I had a "sucky" day today as the pain I have been getting on the left side seemed to come back and intensify.
I keep getting this sharp pain that comes and goes like a muscle spasm. I tried not taking any pain meds for a few hours but that didn't work.
I am fighting a sinus infection so I didn't exercise today. Hopefully, I will feel better tomorrow.
