I didn't give them a chance to try to push me over. I found an operator who was very nice and she let me send my information directly to her (as opposed to the PO box) and she made sure it got in to the system for me.
Throughout this ordeal I have gotten a copy of records from every doctor. I started doing this because I would get bounced around to different doctors and none of them seemed like they were sharing information. So in the end it was very easy to compile the documentaton that I needed.
