I would be very cautious about having chiropractic care after ADR surgery. I believe we were told; "No adjustments for at least a year after the disc replacement."
It sounds like you have some decent answers to your issues. Justin is going to make a fine physician. I have every confidence in him as he has been there. There is no greater experience than first hand. He has developed empathy for patients as he has been one.  I am proud to consider him a friend.Terry Newton
