Default Coccyx pain

I have been suffering from coccyx pain with sitting for 3 years. I have had numerous steroid injections with minimal relief, a spinal cord stimulator with little relief and had to be removed due to an allergic reaction to the metal. Just 4 days ago I had radio frequency ablation to one of the nerves in my coccyx with some relief but it only lasted 2 days and now I am back to my constant pain cycle. I have seen mention of pudendal nerve that might be causing the pain but don't know whether to try and pursue that avenue or not. I am desperate for relief from this chronic, unrelenting pain. I am not sure how I received this injury but think it might be from aggressive exercising at the gym. Thanks for any help you might give me. Gail
