Piriformis Dr
Has anyone heard of or been treated by a Dr.Michael Amaral. He practices in Lawrenceville , GA at the Gwinnett Medical center.
I sent my films over around a month ago and they finally got back and want me to fly down for a eval and possible Piriformis surgery.

2009 new pain no diagnosis
2010 fusion exploration
2011 diagnosed bilateral piriformis syndrome
currently in pain all the time with little relief.
Looking for the Dr who can treat me.
