New and in need of advice

Thanks for the advice Maria.

Dr. appointment went well. Pretty typical as he advised PT and to come back and see him in a month to work on getting a updated MRI.

I think I am leaning towards the more conservative approach. After doing more research and reading some of my fellow spine warriors stories I now realize just how unpredictable spine surgeries can be.
