Default Newbie here - hi

Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself. I'm new to the site as of today. I won't ramble on about myself too much. You can read all about my woes in my sig, if interested. Looking forward to getting to know you all.

Rebekah

Rebekah, thanks for joining us. I agree with Michelle about the bad circumstances, but I have to say that in the more than 6 years I've been frequenting the internet spine forums, I've gained some of the most incredible friendships. I've seen spineys reach out and help one another in ways that absolutely will bring tears to your eyes.

I hope you find some useful information and some comfort and community support here and I hope you find some relief for what brings you here.

Welcome!

Mark

I also hope that you'll share some of your colorful Aussie slang with us. Sometimes us spineys are feeling lower than a dead dingo's donger and you can help cheer us up!

Mark

PS... or us that colourful?

Hi Michelle and Bek,

I found my way over here too. Good to see you up and running Mark. All the best.

Mark - as I said in my PM, its "Dryer" than a dead dingos donga (lol).

Thanks guys

I'm happy to be here (not so much about the circumstances, but what can you do).

Think I might recognise you too, Michelle!

Geez Hucky, even I haven't heard that one before.

Well hopefully chatting with you all will keep me flat out like a lizard drinking (busy that is!) and I'll keep my mind off my back pain for a bit.

Rebekah

You're at the right place. Mark knows more about ADRs than any lay person in the world. And if you need opinions from the world's best..

Greetings! Did you post your back history in your sig?
