Hello, my name is Sandy. I was wandering if you could help me? I have been advised by a fellow member that you had ADR surgery by a Dr in Florida. I am trying to find a Dr in Florida that does ADR multi levels. Would you mind sharing with me anything that might help me. I'm really confused and getting so frustrated with the Dr's I've seen in the past.

Numerous MRI's, PT, chiropractic, accupuncture, TENS therapy, massage therapy, facet injections, epidural injections, Nerve study, Discogram, confirms pain in L4/5, IDET, decompression, Bi-lateral neurotomy L3/4/5, denied by insurance twice, in Active L clinical trial, had surgery March 17, 2009 in Miami, FL- received Active L disc
Had Baby #3 after ADR!
