It makes sense that they must go from a different angle to avoid the scar tissue...

My sense is that opiod tolerance is an adaptive thing - source of course unknown. It's also my albatross as I get so used to Rx' after 1.3 months that it's absurd.

This is a complicated subject...

Unfortunately, you need a doctor who does heroic surgeries. I would trust Regan in your challenging surgery as I think for revisions, he's the best. But this is my opinion. Maybe Dr. Pimenta has more...
