Also, I have just been approved for a Civilian Pain Management clinic via fee basis. Since the VA clinics are 2.5 hours away, on way, they have given me permission to receive care at local clinic....

I feel your pain. I needed 2 levels(C5/6 and C6/7) done but I was only able to get one level done at a time here in the states. I will be having the 2nd level done in 18 to 24 months....
