Just an update, i'm in week 10 of 27 in my new beginner league of bowling!
And i feel great! no soreness, no hurting after bowling, i now have my own ball, bag and shoes, my average started at 113,...

More great news to report! I can hardly believe this so far, three weeks into a beginners bowling league 3 games 1 night a week & just 6 1/2 short years after my 2 level lumbar prodisc trials...
