I had my 3 level lumbar ADR more than 4 years ago from which resulted severe nerve damage to my left leg. It represents its own set of disabilites, all easier to live with than debilitating pain.

Today, for the first time since my surgery, I squatted down. Came home from errands, always bend down to pet Lucy but today, don't know why, it felt like the right thing to do, instead of getting on my knees of just bending down, I squatted, holding onto nothing and maintained it for several seconds.

This may seem like something insignificant or small but to me, this was a pretty major event. Just thought I'd share.

Happy holidays to all, Dale
