Quite honestly, after my initial ~2 year recovery, there has not been too much more in the recovery arena, in fact, a little bit of the opposite with L2/3becoming involved. I am able to withstand slightly more pressure on my thigh but it's still quite sensitive. The burning in my ankle has worsened considerably this last year.

However, and I suppose we'll never know, I started pilates a few months ago and my pm put me on a very specific vitamin regimen for nerve regeneration for about the same amount of time. I'll keep them both up though I've been sick for more than 1 month and asthma prevents me from any exertion. Hopefully, an upcoming vacation in the sun will bring me back to health and I'll resume normal activity after the first of the year.

So for you and me Fuzzy, beards notwithstanding, 2010 looks bright.
