You know how insurance companies are with fusion, they just want to fuse, fuse , fuse and fuse some more.
Thinking about that, it is probably a good chance it will qualify. Each surgery has those codes that match up with the surgery. Even when Blue Cross denied my ADR, I got a hold of a paper that had the code for the surgery and the "certificiation". So don't worry too much.
