Smile Surgery for epidural fibrosis (scar tissue build up)

Hi,

Has anyone here had successful microsurgery to free up lumbar nerves bound/tethered by epidural fibrosis? This is a rarely attempted procedure done by a neurosurgeon who is also a microsurgeon. It is not the same as a microdiscectomy or minimally invasive spinal microsurgery.

The doctors I have consulted with (othopedic spine surgeons and neurosurgeons) would not even attempt it. I am looking for a specialist in the U.S.

Many Thanks!

Alex
