Talking MBT's ALL THE WAY!!!!
I have been back to work now for only 4 hours a day. wore my other shoes the first days..could barely walk by the time i came home... back and feet hurt so bad!!!
started wearing my new MBT shoes!!!!!!!
PAIN GONE!!! no back pain, no knee pain, no hip or shoulder pain!!! my chiro was so impressed, for once my whole body was in alignment. the shoes force you to stand up straight and walk right.
the first few days, my muscles were sore, even my abs!!! but after that.... they are my new miracle shoe!!!!!!!

yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
