Default 4 years on Plus

Hi folks,
I've just got back from my "checkup" x-rays ; late this year; because I had my surgery to the 26th of June 2002, four years ago.

My x-rays were perfect, the positioning was perfect still, and the disc itself was absolutely fine.

I shall be 70 years of age on Saturday
Best,
Alastair

Smile Congratulations on your recovery!

I'm so happy that you're doing well despite all your previous problems. I plan to be saying the same thing 3 years and 11 months from now!!!

A big WOW for you both. Though doubt is setting in, I hope to say the same thing. Take good care of those backs.
