Hey Mark,
forgot to tell you thanks for the expedited call re cancellation. My dad is doing pretty well and while I need to come back here anyway, currently my lumbar spine is extremely put out so I'm feeling need for an ESI which I'm sure WC will deny since they're waiting on me to have surgery w/Delamarter. I leave next Weds a.m. to return to LA and am hoping this clears up well before then ~ (I brought it on doing PT exercises given to my father which he isn't having any trouble with~ but I flared up big time)!!!! Again, thank you for the rapid heads up and hope Diane is doing OK
