If you recently had surgery, give it some time. Seems to me that most people have post op pain up to 1 year. Otherwise, go see the doc , it's just a matter of finding the pain source through clinical...

Excellent idea. Ill email dr ziglar's asst tommorrow and see whats going on. She will know if they usually require a discgram before ADR or not. It will help me with my appeal if I can find proof...

Well, I guess I can ask. But then if I dont get it done, I wont have a chance for ADR approval? Weird situation huh. I guess I should feel fortunate enough if Aetna does approve the ADR.

Get this.....

Aetna tells me they wont cover a Cervical discogram because it is experimental, yet, they cover lumbar Discograms and Cervical ADR's. Is that Nuts or what? You can bet Im going to appeal the hell...

Kathy, what about other ADR trials with other doctors across the US? I wonder if all of the trials list the litigation as an exclusion criteria?

Also, might you be willing to reconsider Fibrin?...

Unicare will be tough. They are not one of the insurance co's who I h ave seen approve ADR based on my 7 months of browsing back pain boards. BUT, then again, doesnt mean they cant.
