Terry,
I agree with the footwear importance. I've been gelin' for quite some time and it's helped a great deal in slowing up the gradual increase of pain level each day. I had asked for a pair of MBTs for Christmas but all I got was a stupid tie with glow-in-the-dark snowmen on it.......... How have your facet injections worked out? Bob
