Nerve Heat

I have this feeling too and I am not taking any nerve-related or spinal-related medications. It sometimes feels like warm water is running over a certain area on my leg or foot.

I also have another area, about the size of a quarter, on my rear end that feels cold, as if I sat on something wet and my pants are damp. The first few times it happened, I actually checked but nothing was wet.
