2 Level Cervical ADR

Hi Maria, well 2 level ADR it is at C5-6 and C6-C7. A waiting insurance approval. I haven't called Mark yet. I don't think I have his number anymore. I hope he's okay. Just haven't seen him much on here. Anyways, what I don't know is what device will be used. Mobi C or Prodisc C.
