well gang
it's been a few months since the last update. and i thought it was time for a new update and here it is. after many months of very bad distraction pain in the legs and feet. i sit here today WITHOUT ANY BACK PAIN OR LEG AND FEET PROBLEMS. i do however still have some issues during the week after standing on cement for 8 hrs straight feet still get very achy and numb after returning home but is slowly improving after all standing beats the hell out of the body. anyone wanting to contact me please feel free to do so.
