Wow Sue... can it really be that long ago.
I remember when you came from Ohio to my first patient seminar. I could not believe that Bertagnoli was going to be so generous with his time to spend 1/2 day at the seminar (that turned into about 6 hours before he had to run to catch his flight), and to have a private breakfast with you and Don. The sidewalk cafe' (Sugar Shack) in Huntington Beach was a great venue for it! You are posting now, right after SAS. I remember that I just missed you in Vienna... I left after SAS there in 2004, just before you arrived. It's been an amazing road for so many of us... I wish we could bottle our success and spread it around... AHHHHGGGG I have more to write... but am out of time on my internet connection.... gotta go... more later leaving Straubing for Munich in a few hours... Mark
