Physical therapy has been kickin my butt, They have me on machines with 30 lbs.(1 tod) 30 times on my legs/hips. They started me on eliptical but the motion of climbing steps/bicycle riding was too much for me and I could only do 90 seconds. I'm sore and have leg pain tonight. Pain still 7/10 and holding.... I like walking and real bike riding better.

Happy New Year Spineys!!!
