Well I had the DASCOR surgery Feb 1st of 2007. I will honestly say my pain is about 85% better. Which to me, is a huge improvement. My only pain now is my SI joint, so its kinda hard to say...

Help!! I need some sleep!!!!!
After surgery, it has hurt to lay flat for long periods of time..therefore making ti difficult to sleep!!!! i can't sleep for more than 2 hours at a time....
has anyone found a bed that helps...

mbt shoes are www.swissmasai.com they take the pressure off your joints, back and stuff. since surgery, i can't wear anything else.
they are like 250 bucks, but the good thing is, they last...

16 weeks post op dascor replacement.
well i am 16 weeks post op now... i go back to dr. regan in 2 weeks for my follow up.
i am back to work as a nurse for 4 hours a day... and right now that is enough. i come home and take a nap!!...

I have been back to work now for only 4 hours a day. wore my other shoes the first days..could barely walk by the time i came home... back and feet hurt so bad!!!
