Initially I wanted to buy kneeling chair too, however I heard that it's not so good for the knees and ended with chair called Swopper - and quite happy with it (got some time to get used to it).

Expensive ? At least in Germany 100 pills costs ~65 Euro - don't think that's expensive at all, in comparison Katadolon & Cymbatla go for ~200 Euro...

Few month after my operation I also started...

Few month after my operation I also started having calf cramps - so bad that I would wake up in the night almost screaming. I was taking so many medications that not sure what helped in the end...
