This might sound like a silly question, but I ended up having vertebroplasty shortly after my Prodisc surgery a little over 10 years ago. I haven't had any lumbar problems since then but am curious...

I was 41 when I had surgery. My spine doc back home cleared me to go back to work a little over 3 months post-op, but I had to wait about another 4 months due to some other unrelated health...
