well - before I was a chef I worked at a medical center and my wife is IN IT, so I can safely say that the drug seekers have really hurt the rest of us that are really bad off. I was actually not wanting to go to the "pain and back center" becasue I did not want to be in the same room as some of the strung out "non hurt" fakers that have ruined it for the honest people. I would NOT SIGN ANYTHING until you talk to an ambulance chaser - comp lawyer that can help - may be worth the hourly fee if they are going to stick it to you. Good luck
