Mark, you look terrific. I knew you wouldn't stay down but you must set the example and practice what you preach!

Message to Diane, get some rope

When are you coming home?

All my best, Dale

Hey Mark,
You don't look like you're in pain Just had to say it!
Tell Diane I said to get some "4 point restraints" on you!

Maybe you best change the diet a bit and veg out plus hit up some laxatives like Senakot S or whatever they have there that's like that plus some Miralax/Polyglycol 3350 or whatever it's called..

The 2 are da bomb for me even on Methadone plus eating the right types of food of course. Pizza is delicious tho stays with me about 3 days to a week.. so nix on that!

Anyway looks like you're having a good time and I hope you'll now get some rest. Diane might have to put a choke chain you (somewhere other than your neck) to hold you back from yourself!

Really like the photo updates ~ thanks mucho

WOW, Mark. You do look unbelievable for only 40 hours out. Amazing. You take good care of yourself and listen to your sweet, wonderful wife. We're pulling for you all the way. The downloaded x-rays are remarkable.

Slow and easy buddy,

Cindylou

Default be well my friend

Hi Mark

So nice to see you on your feet but I don't care what anyone says you sure don't look like your happy spunky self. I can see the pain in your eyes so take it easy and listen to your own advice time will heal you and get you through this so you can at least try to kick my butt on the hill again. Your are in my prayers for a speedy full recovery.
